Most of our products are biodegradable and eco-friendly and some conventional products.
Do you offer aromatherapy?
It’s optional and free of charge — you can choose to include it or not.
Will I get the same cleaner each time?
Yes, you’ll always have the same professional to maintain quality and consistency.
What’s your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule with no fee if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes, we love pets! We just adjust the service if there’s pet hair or odors (evaluated case by case).
How can I pay?
We accept card, Zelle, or cash upon completion (a deposit may be required for large bookings).
Are tips included?
Tips are always appreciated but never required.
